I got great value for my money at this hotel - clean room, good entertainment, and helpful staff. The location was perfect, just steps away from a beautiful beach and some great restaurants. I loved that my request for a lower floor room was fulfilled.

The breakfast could have been better, maybe more variety.

Indoor pool was overbooked

A great holiday. Location brilliant as, bus stops almost outside the door. Food plentiful with a very wide choice.

A very clean place to stay. Comfy beds, great entertainment.

Lifts, meal times there could be a wait for them.

Public transport stops made it so convenient to explore the region, and the entertainment service kept me busy with endless activities. The outdoor pool area was a perfect spot for relaxing.

I was absolutely thrilled to find no negatives at all! Not a single thing to complain about.

We stayed in this hotel because it was a base for touring the area. From there we drove to Gibraltar (1hr. 20min) The food was excellent every day (we were half board) The choice at breakfast and dinner was one of the best we have been to.

The lifts were inadequate for the number of people staying there.Every thing else was fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, getting great value for our money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing views of the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hi! Gardenia Park hotel, the room was spacious and kept clean as were all areas of the hotel, the restaurant was spotless and the food was good, the beach and sea are meters away and if you have a mind to join in the games and entertainment run by the entertainment manageress, Lola, who was brilliant at her job, then like us you will enjoy your stay

Stayed all-inclusive and found it excellent value for money. Lovely garden areas with plenty of sun beds even though the hotel appeared to be full.

Parking our car was a real problem as the hotel car park was full. Could do with more bar staff in the evening as there was always a queue to get served.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, situated right by the sea in beautiful palm tree lined gardens within a very secure setting. The location was perfect, as it was opposite the beautiful beach in Torre Blanca. The rooms, with their 3 single beds, were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and had a good sized veranda with a balcony offering a lovely view. The breakfast in the morning was a treat, with a live cooking station where you could have your food prepared just the way you like it.

All was well during my stay.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the beach. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. One of the highlights is the breakfast, which offers a variety of options including a live cooking station where you can get freshly cooked dishes. The location of the hotel is also fantastic as it is right by the sea, just across the road from the beach.

Everything was just fine.

The seafont location is ideal. Although it's quite a way out of town, there's a bus stop outside and a couple of nearby railway stations. The buffet meals are good (especially as they include house wine) and the heated indoor pool is always warm. You now have to collect a key for the pool from reception but that does mean you can have the space to yourself for half an hour.

Most of the guests are Spanish and quite elderly so younger people may feel out of place.
